MANUAL VACUUM MACHINES
These machines fire the abrasive using a process known as "vacuum" or "suction".
The series comprises four standard models, which differ from each other in the increasing size of the working area. All models have a cyclone for continuous recovery and regeneration of the abrasive.
Finimac sandblasting/shotblasting machines are manufactured according to sophisticated techniques and with the use of the best components and materials, in order to offer a product of:

The sandblasting machines are able to work with all types of abrasives, such as:
- glass microspheres
- corundums and sands
- plastic granules
- vegetable granules
- metal abrasives
In order to ensure maximum resistance to wear, the structure is painted with oven-baked epoxy powders.

Vacuum or suction type machines fire the abrasive through a gun which is fed by two separate pipes. One pipe, controlled by a foot pedal, is supplied with compressed air and, through a suitably shaped injector, produces a jet of air through the gun. The other pipe is connected to the abrasive storage tank. The jet of compressed air creates a vacuum inside the gun that draws the abrasive through the tube connected to the tank. Once at the gun, the abrasive is fired through the tungsten carbide nozzle, creating the working jet. Manipulation of the gun allows the jet to be directed onto the workpiece.
The result obtained depends on various factors such as
- the pressure of the compressed air
- the type of abrasive
the treatment time per unit of surface area
It is therefore possible to obtain the following treatments
- cleaning from contaminants
- shot peening
- deburring
- satin finishing for aesthetic purposes
- deoxidation
- surface preparation for anchoring metals, paints, rubbers, etc.
- paint stripping
The machines in this series are composed of:
- cyclones for continuous recovery and regeneration of the abrasive with elimination of processing residues
- treatment cabin
- filtration unit (bag or cartridge filter)
